Taiga Inc. (“Company”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Policy applies to the mosslab.com website/store (the “Site”), the Moss Echo mobile application (the “App”), and the Moss Echo device and related services (collectively, the “Service”). It explains what we collect, how we use/share it, your choices, and your rights.
1. At-a-Glance
Data control: Adjust data collection via the cookie banner and App settings.
Primary purposes: Order fulfillment, customer support, device connection/control, Service improvement, optional marketing.
No sale: We do not sell personal information (ad-partner sharing is opt-in/opt-out).
Security: Commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit/at rest.
Your rights: Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability under GDPR/CCPA and other laws.
2. Scope
Covers (a) visits to the Site, (b) use of the App, (c) connection/control/updates of the Moss Echo device, and (d) customer support channels. Offline collection may be governed by separate notices.

3.1 Order Fulfillment (Site)
Personal info: name, shipping address, contact number, email (shipping, order notices, returns/warranty support)
Payment info: processed by third-party processors (we do not store card numbers)
Order/receipt/return history: legal compliance, inquiries, after-sales support
3.2 App & Device Connection
Device identifiers: model/firmware version, Bluetooth identifiers (pairing/diagnostics)
Usage settings: modes, lighting, sound, profiles, alarm/sleep settings (to operate features)
Notification tokens: to send push notifications (alarms/timers/service notices)
Diagnostics/crash logs: stability improvements, bug fixes
3.3 Site/App Usage Data
Usage/log data: IP, browser/OS, pages viewed, clicks, session duration
Cookies/SDKs/similar tech: essential/performance/analytics/advertising (optional)
3.4 Customer Support
Inquiry details: name, email, order number, conversation/ticket history (issue resolution)
3.5 Marketing Communications (Opt-in)
Email newsletters: updates and promotions (unsubscribe anytime)
SMS/text: cart reminders, order updates, promotions (“STOP” to opt out)
4. Cookies & Tracking
Essential cookies: required for site functions (cart, checkout, authentication)

Orders/receipts/refund records: kept as required by law
