Mosslab is testing the integration of its moss biochar concrete filter platform into Nature Signage—a smart display system designed to blend biophilic aesthetics with functional air purification and carbon capture. By combining a vertical moss surface with digital information signage, this platform enables real-time environmental improvement in commercial and public spaces.
Through this application, MossLab is exploring how interactive displays can also serve as living air filters, transforming walls and digital touchpoints into tools for sustainability. The biochar concrete layer offers durable physical filtration and long-term carbon storage, while the moss performs photosynthetic CO₂ absorption—creating a synergistic solution that merges nature, technology, and communication.
