FAQ
Is there any noise?
The humidifier creates a natural airflow inside, so it can be used quietly even in a bedroom.
How can I tell if it is working?
Press the button on the left, and both the light and mist will activate simultaneously. You can turn the light On/Off using the button on the right. When in operation, the LED indicator on the back will light up.
How do I replace the aroma filter?
To replace it, press the release mark on the edge of the filter to unlock it. Then, insert the new filter and push it in until you hear a "click" sound to secure it.
How do I maintain the aroma filter?
If the aroma filter becomes dirty or develops an unpleasant odor, rinse it lightly under running water and let it dry completely, avoiding direct sunlight.
How do I change the aroma scent?
It is recommended to use one scent per aroma filter. If you wish to change the scent, wash the filter under running water and let it dry completely before use.
What types of aroma oils should I use?
Most commercially available aroma oils can be used. However, oils that are homemade or made using unconventional methods are not recommended.
Please note that colored aroma oils may stain the white aroma filter, so use caution.
How does the diffuser work?
Drop 2–3 drops of aroma oil onto the aroma filter. The diatomaceous earth filter has a porous structure, which absorbs the oil and disperses the scent evenly.
For faster and wider diffusion, activate the humidifier function. The airflow generated during operation will help spread the aroma more quickly and effectively.
